  • Voting will be one vote per person.

  • Voting is open to all Axiz staff contributing to the product and sales teams across the eligible groups.

  • Back-office colleagues are also welcome to vote.

  • Voting will be closed one week before the Battle round takes place.

  • One winner will be selected based on points accrued for correct predictions in the bracket contest.

  • The participant with the most points accrued for correct guesses will be the first-place winner.

  • In the event of a tie for first place, the participant with the most points who entered the contest the earliest will be declared the winner.

  • Each participant may only win a maximum of one prize during this initiative.

  • Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  • Judges’ decision is final.

  • Meeting room Africa for local teams and TEAMS virtual for Africa teams.

  • Presentation topics:

    a. Product teams to present on their vendor/s.

    b. Sales team to may choose between a vendor or Axiz.

  • All areas to follow schedule and swopping of slots is prohibited.

  • Suggested time slot: Friday afternoon 14h00 to 16h00 (for countries with time differences to SAST best fit is suggested).

  • Voting to be fair and transparent.

  • Prize: R7, 000 for the winner as per Alviva incentive policy.

  • Judges will be non Product and Sales Executives on Exco.

  • Customer Experience lead to be campaign overseer and objective observer.
